Shauna Gliss has been a dedicated Arizona Realtor since 2006, offering nearly two decades of experience to clients across the Valley. She and her family have proudly called the area home for 22 years.

Shauna holds an MBA in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management and began her career in medical device sales and marketing with Medtronic, Kimberly-Clark, and Ventana Medical Systems. After starting her family, she shifted her focus to real estate, community involvement, and volunteer leadership.

Deeply committed to service, Shauna has held numerous executive and board positions, including roles with PANDA, All Saints’ Episcopal Day School Board of Trustees, Brophy College Preparatory Mothers' Guild, and the National Charity League Phoenix Chapter. She currently serves on the Board of Trustees for Xavier College Preparatory and the Advisory Council for the Barrow Neurological Institute at Phoenix Children’s Hospital.
